BOOKING TERMS. BCHK Medical Group provides online booking services on this Site for the clinics listed on this Site. Any bookings made through this Site are made between the individual making the booking (“Patient”) and the clinic (“Clinic”). The booking is subject to the local terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Clinic from time to time and is subject to the laws and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the country in which the Clinic is located. BCHK Medical Group and/or the respective Clinic reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings in its sole discretion for any reason. Neither BCHK Medical Group nor the Clinic accepts any liability or responsibility for any third-party costs, claims, liabilities or expenses howsoever incurred or suffered by the Patient in relation to or associated with the Patient travelling to and/or from the Clinic, such as flights, land transportation, communications, insurance, lost property, medical services, etc.

CURRENCY CONVERSION. Currency rates are based on publicly available sources and should be used as guidelines only. Service rates are guaranteed only in the Clinic’s local currency. Currency quotes are not updated every day. The currency information supplied by this Site is believed to be accurate, but BCHK Medical Group does not warrant or guarantee such accuracy.

LINKED SITES. This Site includes links to other websites. BCHK Medical Group provides such links solely as a convenience to you and for informational purposes only. BCHK Medical Group has not reviewed the information on these other websites. In the event of any dispute, any rule of construction or interpretation otherwise requiring this Agreement to be construed or interpreted against any party by virtue of the authorship shall not apply to the construction and interpretation of this Agreement. Any ambiguities will be clarified in an equitable manner without regard to authorship and minor errors and misspellings will be corrected to give maximal effect to obvious intent.
